Le Castellets were factory fitted alloy wheels common on many VW models during the late 80s and early 90s. They have a removalbe center cap (also alloy) that allows access to the hub nut.
The cap is easy to remove and is only stuck in place with friction. However, it is easy to scratch the wheel if you don't have soft plastic tools at hand (don't use a flathead screw driver!).
You'll need
There is a small divet in the centre cap its self. Use a soft plastic trim removal tool in this divet tos start to wedge the cap off.
Work your way around the diameter of the cap. Use your fingers to gently pull at it as well until it is free.
